All payments for Muuzbox are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Paddle handles payment processing, sales tax, VAT, and customer payment inquiries on our behalf.
If you are not satisfied with your Muuzbox subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or most recent subscription renewal — no questions asked.
To request a refund, you can:
Refund requests made after 30 days from the date of purchase or renewal will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Refund requests received more than 60 days from the original transaction date will not be processed.
You may cancel your Muuzbox subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, please cancel at least 48 hours before your renewal date. Upon cancellation:

Please note that the refunded amount may differ slightly from the amount originally paid due to currency exchange rate fluctuations or tax adjustments between the time of purchase and refund.
Paddle reserves the right to refuse a refund request if there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in relation to products which are not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose.
If a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may contact Paddle directly at paddle.net. You may also seek further assistance through the appropriate consumer protection or trade ombudsman service in your jurisdiction.
